Notice Regarding Electronic Payment Terms

Reminger Co., L.P.A. provides clients with a secure and efficient method for paying retainers and legal invoices electronically. This policy outlines the accepted forms of payment, associated fees, and procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and client convenience.
Accepted Payment Methods
✔ Flexible Payment Options: Pay directly from your bank account with no added fees, or choose to pay by credit card with a 3% processing fee.
1. ACH (Bank Account Payment)
      - No additional fees apply.
      - Recommended method of payment for all invoices.
      - Typically processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Credit Card
      - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
      - A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
      - Credit card payments will not be accepted unless the applicable 3% surcharge is included.
3. Wire
      - Please contact ar@reminger.com to setup.
      - Applicable fees may apply.
How to Make a Guest Payment
- Visit the Reminger Payment Portal.
- Select Guest Payment and enter your Client.Matter and Zip Code.
- Select your statement, choose your payment method, and complete the transaction.
- A confirmation email will be sent once payment is processed.
Compliance and Validation
All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS–compliant, encrypted payment platform. Reminger Co., L.P.A. does not store or retain credit card or bank account information. Access to payment data is restricted to authorized accounting personnel only.

Invoice Disclosure
Reminger Co., L.P.A. accepts ACH payments at no additional cost. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Further instructions are available online: reminger.com/payment.
