CLEVELAND, OH - Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce that one of its Partners, Gregory G. Guice, was recently selected as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and will serve a three-year term.
The CMBA is a nonprofit organization that operates as a center for legal professionalism in the region, promoting the highest ethical and professional standards. The Board of Trustees have general supervision of the operation, property, affairs and finances of the Corporation. Additionally, the trustees are responsible for appointing, at the time requested by the American Bar Association, a member of the Corporation to act as its representative in the House of Delegates of the ABA.
A shareholder in our Cleveland office and a graduate of Yale University and Case Western Reserve School of Law, Greg has successfully represented hundreds of clients in the areas of commercial premises liability, retail/hospitality liability, professional liability, general tort liability, business/commercial litigation and employment liability. Greg practices in various state and appellate courts throughout Ohio, as well as federal and bankruptcy courts. Greg was recognized and included among the Ohio Rising Stars in the 2005, 2010, & 2011 editions of the Ohio Super Lawyers. He is currently the chair of the firm's Retail & Hospitality Group and the firm's Diversity Committee. He is a member of numerous and various professional bar associations, including the American Bar Association, National Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Norman S. Minor Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is the Co-Chair the Minority Clerkship Program in Cleveland, Ohio, under the auspices of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is also a current board member of Community Housing Solutions, an organization that provides housing information and resources to cities and individuals in the greater Cleveland area.
