Workers’ Compensation Attorney Bruce Fahey Joins Reminger Co., LPA

CLEVELAND, OH – We are pleased to announce that Bruce Fahey has joined Reminger Co., LPA, where he will be working out of both our Cleveland and Akron offices.

Bruce’s extensive workers’ compensation background allows him to help employers to develop, implement and use cost-effective workers’ compensation management programs.  

He works with third-party administrators, state funded employers and self-insured employers in resolving problematic claims at the Industrial Commission and into the court, if necessary.  Bruce also assists employers in risk and premium disputes with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

Bruce has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine, and is also Rated AV® Preeminent™: Very Highly Rated in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review.

Bruce is the former chair of the Disability Law Section for the Akron Bar Association, serves as Emeritus President of the Bethany College Alumni Association, and is a Trustee for the Greater Akron Musical Association/Akron Symphony Orchestra.
