“The mission of The Estate and Trust Resource Center of Ohio is to help those individuals online who are seeking help when they don’t know where to turn,” said Adam Fried, a member of the firm’s Probate Litigation Practice Group. “Maybe they’ve been put in charge of an estate and they are being accused of mishandling it.  Or conversely, maybe they have reason to believe an estate of a relative is being handled improperly. This website might help provide some information that can be helpful in determining what steps that person could take next.”

New posts to the blog portion of the microsite will be added on a routine basis, and will supplement the firm’s efforts on social media as well.
