CLEVELAND, OH – We are pleased to announce that David Walters has joined the Cleveland, Ohio office of Reminger Co., LPA.

Dave focuses his legal practice on a variety of areas including construction liability, commercial litigation, and probate & trust litigation. Dave joined Reminger in 2015 as a law clerk and gained experience in many stages of litigation, including pleadings, various forms of motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Reminger, Dave clerked at a law firm specializing in insurance subrogation work.

Dave graduated, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case, he competed as a member of the Ault Mock Trial Team for two years, where he was able to develop his litigation skills as well as a competitive attitude and drive to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients regardless of the challenges they might face.

Dave is a Trustee of the Hershey Foundation, which is a local family foundation that seeks to improve the quality of life for Northeast Ohio children and young adults through a focus on art, science, and education.  Dave is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
