Press Release
March 30, 2015

CLEVELAND, OH - Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce the formation of a new practice group dedicated to Elder Law and Special Needs Planning.

The Elder and Special Needs Group is committed to providing compassionate and efficient legal service to elderly individuals and their families, as well as families of children with special needs and disabled individuals. Our services include:

  • Medicaid Planning
  • Veterans Benefits
  • Asset Protection
  • Special Needs Planning

Our approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals and their families involves creating a plan tailored to our client’s specific needs. Depending on the client’s situation, that could mean long-term care planning, asset protection, exploring benefits eligibility requirements, or other related matters that can have a significant impact on quality of life.

When working with families who have specials needs children, we employ a similar customized approach. Our goal is to educate clients about the many benefit programs available, and to assist with planning that incorporates asset protection and other helpful legal strategies.

“The demand for service in this arena has grown exponentially as client populations are aging overall,” remarked Reminger Managing Partner Stephen E. Walters. “This new group serves as a companion to the guardianship and protection of the elderly services that are already in place at our firm, providing essentially a full-service, one-stop elder care practice with more than 100 years of combined experience.”
