Reminger's Transportation Defense Practice Group is the firm's original practice area. Initially, our founder, Dick Reminger, exclusively defended truck companies and their insurers. Over the following 50 years, the firms transportation practice has grown to become a nationally recognized leader in the defense of commercial transportation risks from the routine to the catastrophic. In fact, the practice group received a National Tier One Ranking by U.S. News and World Report in 2010. The Transportation Group is composed of lawyers in our offices throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Our department leaders have extensive trial experience in the specialized area of transportation losses. They have been recognized as Ohio Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. Our team of lawyers remain on 24-hour call for 'on-scene' assignments.

The Trucking and Commercial Transportation attorneys are active members of industry organizations such as TIDA, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the ATA, DRI's Trucking Section and the ABA Transportation Committee.
