Ken’s practice includes a wide variety of civil defense litigation. He regularly represents clients in the transportation industry. In addition, his wide range of civil defense litigation experience includes representation of the medical industry which includes doctors, hospitals and nurses. He is also involved in defending toxic tort claims, product liability cases, claims of professional liability as well as claims of employer intentional tort liability. His trial experience includes well over 50 civil lawsuits. He has handled trials, mediations and arbitrations in numerous State, Local and Federal Courts.

Ken has lectured to various insurers and other companies regarding various aspects of litigation and the management of catastrophic losses. He is also involved with Reminger’s catastrophic response team which provides immediate response to clients in the transportation and manufacturing industry.

Ken is a Co-Chair of Reminger’s Transportation Committee. In addition, he has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America for Transportation Law and selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine. He was also honored to become a member of the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyer Honorary Society.
