Emily Weaver Newman practices in Reminger Co., L.P.A.’s Toledo office. She concentrates her career in defending clients in the areas of professional liability, employment practices liability, mortgage banking litigation, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. Emily’s litigation expertise spans throughout Ohio and Michigan. Emily has been listed in the Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition for 2010. She was also selected as Who’s Who in Area Law by the Toledo Business Journal in September 2009.
Emily is a member of various professional bar associations including the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association and the Ohio Women’s Bar Association. Along with her professional obligations, Emily has also served as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Toledo College of Law, advising its Trial Advocacy Program and currently assists with the College of Law’s Dean’s Technology Council.
