Complex trial experience in the areas of product liability, warranty/lemon law, consumer fraud and construction litigation cases allows Michael to provide clients in the manufacturing, automotive and construction industries with unsurpassed trial expertise and successful resolution of cases. Michael has extensive trial experience, having successfully tried many cases in numerous courts throughout the State of Ohio. He has successfully defended manufacturers at trial in claims ranging from product liability claims for wrongful death to breach of warranty claims.
In the area of breach of warranty/lemon law alone, Michael has handled close to 300 cases defending automobile or boat manufacturers/distributors against such claims. In addition to the automotive and boating industries, he has handled product cases involving recreational vehicles, lawn mowers, industrial equipment, docks, and fire suppression equipment.
Michael also has extensive experience defending claims for Construction Design/Manufacturing Defects and in the area of general insurance defense.
He serves as co-Chair of the Firm's Product Liability Practice Group.
