David Andrew practices in Reminger Co., LPA’s Ft. Mitchell, Louisville, and Lexington, KY. offices. Since his admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1994, Dave has developed significant experience defending and counseling insurance and business clients. Dave regularly represents and counsels employers, medical practices and insurance companies regarding employment related issues including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, wrongful termination, discrimination and workers’ compensation claims. In addition, Dave represents medical doctors and medical practices regarding employment and health related issues. Dave also represents employers and insurance carriers in numerous general litigation claims. Dave has represented his clients in numerous jury and bench trials, hearings, including hearings before medical executive committees and medical licensure boards, administrative proceedings and in extensive mediations and arbitrations. Dave is also a frequent speaker to professionals and non-professionals in the areas of employment law and workers’ compensation. Dave has also authored numerous publications dealing with workers’ compensation and employment law. Dave currently serves as the Chairman of the Kentucky Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.
