Zach focuses his legal practice on a wide variety of areas including commercial and corporate litigation, as well as professional liability. Zach has represented numerous professions in professional liability claims, including: attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, insurance agents, and investment advisors. Zach also represents a wide multitude of clients in general liability matters. He has litigated cases in state and federal court and has briefed and argued cases on appeal. Zach has also represented clients in a variety of administrative proceedings.
Zach is a member of several bar associations, including the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and was recently appointed to the Young Lawyers Committee of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Zach is also a 2010 graduate of Leadership Ohio.
