Mike has over thirty years of experience representing physicians and hospitals in medical negligence actions and attorneys in legal malpractice claims. His practice also includes defending catastrophic personal injury claims, complex business disputes and complex insurance coverage matters. Mike has tried over 100 first chair jury trials, argued before the majority of the Ohio courts of appeal and argued six cases before the Ohio Supreme Court. He is a former adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, Clinic Program; presenter at continuing legal education seminars and medical risk management seminars; included among the Best Lawyers in America 1999-present; ranked an Ohio 'Super Lawyer' from 2003-present as well as Top 50 in Columbus; included in the National Register's Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals and is a Past President of the Columbus Defense Association.
