Prior to joining Reminger Co., L.P.A.'s Columbus Office, Paul-Michael La Fayette completed a judicial clerkship with the Ohio Supreme Court. Since joining Reminger Co., L.P.A., Paul's practice has concentrated in three areas: (1) Professional liability representing lawyers, dentists and real estate agents; (2) Governmental liability representing municipal corporations in all areas including personal injury, employment and zoning; and (3) Complex personal injury litigation. Paul practices in all state and federal courts in Ohio at the common pleas, appellate and supreme court levels. Paul also represents professionals in disciplinary proceedings before licensing boards. He is a featured speaker at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry on issues of dental risk management and malpractice. He has also been a featured speaker on general liability risk management, governmental liability and legal ethics.
