Luke focuses his practice in the areas of construction, premises liability, workers’ compensation law, and criminal defense. Luke also advises several Cincinnati-area small businesses on a wide variety of legal matters. Already an experienced litigator, Luke has successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials, both civil and criminal, and has successfully mediated matters in several states. Luke is licensed and actively practicing in three states, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, in both state and federal courts. Luke is also an adjunct instructor at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and currently coaches and mentors the Chase Trial Advocacy Team.
