George joined the firm on January 1, 1980 and became a partner three years later. George has had an eclectic civil litigation practice since joining the firm. He has tried numerous jury cases covering a broad spectrum of areas including professional liability (architects, accountants, physicians, lawyers and realtors); commercial litigation; real estate disputes; product liability and employment litigation.

In addition to trying cases, George has argued numerous cases in appellate courts including the United States Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ohio Supreme Court and numerous state appellate courts.

George is a frequent speaker at seminars, principally on subjects relating to the representation of lawyers and alternative dispute resolution. He has been identified by Best Lawyers of America for his expertise in commercial litigation and real estate and maintains an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
