Prior to joining Reminger Co., L.P.A., Bill Valis was employed as an attorney for the national real estate developer, Developers Diversified and at the General Electric Corporation. Upon joining Reminger Co., L.P.A. his legal practice gradually changed and presently includes counseling and trial work in the substantive areas of real estate, commercial and corporate law. His clients include land owners, sellers and purchasers as well as developers, banks and trusts, title companies and contractors.
