I often explain my professional role as advising clients on the best way to do things to achieve their goals under the circumstances. I strive to establish a win-win arrangement with each client, wherein the client may achieve its desired objectives at a fair and reasonable cost and I may receive a fair and reasonable fee for the professional services rendered.

Prior to commencing his legal career, John obtained his degree in accounting and practiced as a tax accountant. While attending law school, he also enrolled in graduate classes so that he was able to simultaneously obtain his law degree and his master's degree in taxation. Consequently, John concentrates his practice in business and tax related areas of law. These areas include estate planning, business and corporate planning and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition, development, sales and leases and probate, estate and trust administration.

John is a featured speaker to attorneys and professionals as well as to the public on the technical and practical aspects of his practice.
