Derek practices in Reminger’s Fort Mitchell office. His legal practice focuses on Kentucky workers’ compensation, estate planning/probate, appellate advocacy, criminal defense, real estate, and government legal issues. Derek has tried numerous cases with favorable results over the course of his career, as well as assisted countless individuals with their estate planning and probate needs.
Before joining Reminger, Derek maintained a private practice focusing on civil defense, creditors’ rights, estate planning/probate, real estate, criminal defense and appellate advocacy. Derek also served as the Chief Juvenile prosecutor and an Assistant County Attorney for Campbell County, Kentucky where he protected the welfare of children from abusive caretakers and assisted with municipal civil matters.
