My varied experience working as an in-house attorney/claims manager with a large corporation, managing a TPA, and representing employers in private practice has given me the knowledge and experience to fully appreciate my clients' issues and to help them solve their problems.
Bruce is a shareholder in Reminger Co., LPA’s Akron office. His extensive workers’ compensation background allows him to help employers to develop, implement and use cost-effective workers’ compensation management programs.
He works with third-party administrators, state funded employers and self-insured employers in resolving problematic claims at the Industrial Commission and into the court, if necessary. Bruce also assists employers in risk and premium disputes with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
