I was taught that clients expect to be represented in the most efficient manner possible. I strive to ensure that this occurs in every case by taking the time to understand the competing considerations of every situation to achieve the best results for my clients.
Ben practices in Reminger's Louisville office, where he works on a diverse caseload of litigation matters in federal and state courts, including matters related to commercial liability insurance defense, surety bond defense, employment practices liability defense, directors and officers liability, and professional liability defense.
