While no two cases are the same, they all have one thing in common: the outcomes affect real people. The practice of law allows me to use my education, skills, and training to obtain effective and efficient resolutions for our clients. It is of the utmost importance that each client feels informed, supported, and strongly represented during the course of litigation.
Bailey practices in Reminger Co., LPA’s Indianapolis office, where she focuses her practice on retail and hospitality defense, medical malpractice defense, and general liability. Bailey joined Reminger as a law clerk in 2014 and has since gained a wide array of experience in all aspects of litigation.
Bailey graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the Indiana Health Law Review and was selected as a legal research and writing mentor. During her time in law school, Bailey also served on the Executive Board of the Indianapolis Bar Association Law Student Division.
