I learned from my mother at a young age a simple but salient lesson: if you are going to do something, do it right. My approach to client service is to do everything in my ability and power to deliver the desired result, efficiently and effectively.  Despite the fact that I often deal with sensitive and emotionally charged matters, I am able to help my clients navigate a straightforward and level-headed legal approach that is focused on the outcome.

Adam is a shareholder in the Trust, Estate & Probate Litigation Section of Reminger Co., LPA.  He represents clients in numerous types of probate disputes that challenge estate planning documents and transfers of wealth, including will contests, trust disputes, charges of undue influence and the fraudulent use of powers of attorney.  Adam seeks to defend the claims and enforce the rights of heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, guardians, family members and other aggrieved parties.

His experience has garnered him a reputation for developing effective litigation tactics and providing a common sense approach to resolution. As a testament to his fortitude in the courtroom, Adam has generated a large referral-based practice stemming from recommendations from opposing counsel.

Adam is highly respected in the legal community, recognized for his level of excellence as both an Ohio Super Lawyer and as one of the "Best Lawyers in America". He is a nationally renowned lecturer on topics such as litigation strategies, pursuit and proof of undue influence and incompetence claims, and financial exploitation of the elderly. Adam has been invited to lecture to the American Academy of Forensic Psychiatrists and the Law. He has also lectured at the Pliskin Institute, Ohio's premier advanced estate planning institute. Adam has also joined the faculty of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law as an Adjunct Professor, where he teaches wills, trusts and estates.

Adam has committed himself to the education of the community regarding the phenomena of financial exploitation and elder abuse. He has been appointed to the board of the Consortium Against Adult Abuse, a five-county task force charge with developing plans and strategies and education to help the community prevent against financial abuse of the elderly. He was also appointed by the Cuyahoga County Probate Court of the Cuyahoga County Steering Committee created for the purpose of developing strategies to coordinate services among a wide spectrum of professionals in an effort to prevent at-risk adults from falling through the cracks.

Adam has also been appointed as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section Council. The Council concentrates its efforts on exploring the current state of the law relevant to estate, probate, and trust practitioners and their clients and developing, writing, and lobbying for legislation and/or fixes to current statues as drafted by the committee.
