I learned from my mother at a young age a simple but salient lesson: if you are going to do something, do it right. My approach to client service is to do everything in my ability and power to deliver the desired result, efficiently and effectively.  Despite the fact that I often deal with sensitive and emotionally charged matters, I am able to help my clients navigate a straightforward and level-headed legal approach that is focused on the outcome.

As a shareholder in the estate, trust, and probate litigation practice group at Reminger Co., LPA, Adam focuses his practice on matters of estate, trust, probate and guardianship controversy.  Whether he is retained to pursue or defend a will contest, a trust dispute, or to challenge the activities of a trustee, executor or guardian, he has garnered a reputation for developing and implementing effective litigation tactics and a common sense approach to resolution.

Adam was selected as the 2015 and 2018 “Best Lawyers” Lawyer of the Year, Cleveland, for litigating trusts and estates and has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2012.  He was peer reviewed by Martindale-Hubbell® and given an AV Preeminent® rating.

Adam has been elected a fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has authored and lectured nationally on issues pertaining to client decision making, legal capacity, the exercise of undue influence and financial exploitation of the elderly.  He also taught the wills and trust and estate course at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Adam is involved in the community, having served as the chairperson for the Consortium Against Adult Abuse, a five-county taskforce charged with developing plans, strategies, and education to help the community prevent against abuse, financial exploitation and neglect of the elderly.  By appointment of the Cuyahoga County Probate Court, he also served on the steering committee to create an I-Team consisting of multiple professional disciplines whose role is to troubleshoot complicated cases relating to the plight of at-risk adults.   He is the immediate past president of the William K. Thomas Chapter of the American Inns of Court and is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning Trust and Probate Section Council where he is actively involved in legislative efforts relevant to the law of probate, estates, trusts, and guardianships.
